1. Overview

Lumina Spark ("we," "us") wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold through our website and processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC.

We offer a 7-day (168-hour) refund window from the time of purchase for all digital products, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible for a refund if:

• Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date and time.
• The product does not function as reasonably described on the product page.
• You experienced unresolved technical issues that our support team was unable to fix within a reasonable time.
• You accidentally purchased the same product twice (duplicate purchase).
• You changed your mind — within the 7-day window, no reason required.

Not eligible for a refund if:

• Your request is submitted after 7 calendar days from the purchase date.
• Your license key or account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
• The request is for consulting or professional services (these are covered by separate agreements).

4. EU / EEA / UK Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK legislation, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts for digital content. However, this right may be waived for digital content that is immediately delivered when the consumer:

• Gives express prior consent to immediate performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
• Acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun.

When you click "Buy Now" on our product page, you provide this express consent and acknowledgment. Performance begins immediately upon delivery of the license key.

Nevertheless, as a goodwill gesture, Lumina Spark voluntarily offers a 7-day refund policy that applies regardless of whether the withdrawal right has been formally waived. EU/EEA/UK customers who have not waived their right of withdrawal retain the statutory 14-day withdrawal right and may request a refund within that period.

5. Australia — Consumer Guarantees

Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure or does not match the description, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy's time limits. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

6. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund through Lemon Squeezy.

7. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Currency conversion fees (if any) incurred during the original transaction are not refunded.
• Upon a successful refund, your license key will be deactivated.

8. Chargebacks

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Initiating an unresolved chargeback may result in immediate license revocation and, where permitted by law, may affect your ability to make future purchases.

9. Consulting Services

This policy applies only to digital products (software, extensions). Marketing consulting and strategy services are not subject to this refund policy and are governed by the terms of individual service agreements.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change date.
